  1. How long is the information collected stored?

In particular, depending on the purposes and legal nature of the processing of personal data collected by cookies, they may be stored for different periods of time. In the case of webpush communication - it will generally run until the moment of your resignation regarding contact with us (withdrawal of consent).

Personal data collected by means of cookies relating to a visitor who is not a customer of the webshop (i.e. who has not created an order, booked a product and has not created an account) will be stored until the moment of withdrawal of consent. The controller may delete personal data if it is not used for marketing purposes or legally justified for a period of 3 years (as statistical data), unless the law obliges the controller to process personal data for longer.

Part of the personal data may be kept longer in case of possible complaints of the visitor against the controller, in order for the controller to assert its claims or are necessary for the assertion or defence against claims of third parties, within the limitation period established by law, in particular by the Civil Code.

In any event, the longer retention period of the personal data shall prevail.
