Return and exchange of goods
I. Return of goods
You have the right to return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or withdraw from the Purchase Agreement even before the goods are delivered.
The conditions for returning or exchanging goods are listed on this page and you can find their wording in the Terms and Conditions - Article 8 - Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement HERE, or contact our sales department HERE.
- The cost of returning the goods
The shipping costs are covered by GARJEZ.
We provide this service to you free of charge, but only if you use the attached returnable self-adhesive label and follow the return conditions and the procedure listed below, otherwise we cannot guarantee free shipping.
- Return address
The return address is indicated on the attached self-adhesive return label.
- Return procedure:
Step 1 – Put the goods in the original packaging with all the original tags as it was delivered to you
Step 2 - Fill in and print the form - Withdrawal from the purchase contract HERE and put it in the package together with the goods or send us the completed form by email.
Step 3 - Securely close the original packaging with the inserted goods in the way it was closed at the time of delivery.
Step 4 - On the original closed packaging with the inserted goods, stick the attached return label exactly in place of the original delivery label so that it overlaps it.
Step 5 - There are two options for handing over the package to DHL :
Step 6 - As soon as the returned goods are delivered to us, we will immediately reimburse you the amount you paid us.
When returning goods, you will need a DHL shipment number, which is a 10-digit number also referred to as a "tracking number", which we sent you by email. DHL takes care of everything from the moment the parcel is handed over or picked up by the courier.
- Conditions for sending goods
• All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, washed or altered and with tags still attached.
• Returned goods must be returned in one package - we reserve the right to refuse partial returns. Failure to return part of the goods will be considered a violation of the terms of the free return.
• For each order, only one pre-paid returnable self-adhesive label is provided and attached, therefore all goods must be returned in the same package in which they were delivered to you!
• Return shipments must be made using the same service as the original shipment (DHL Express).
• We can only accept returns from the country the order was originally shipped to, for example orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, unfortunately, the return is not free (import and shipping fees are paid at your own expense).
• We will refund your payment immediately after returning the goods to our address.
• The returned payment will be returned to the same payment method as the original payment was made when purchasing the goods (e.g. If you paid via PAYPAL, the returned payment will be returned to your PAYPAL account. If you used another payment method through the STRIPE payment gateway, your payment will be returned to you the same way you paid it).
• If you are returning multiple items that were delivered in separate packages, carefully pack them separately in their original packaging. Please use separate return labels for each package.
II. Exchange of goods for another
- The cost of exchanging goods

- Address for exchange of goods
The return address is indicated on the attached self-adhesive return label.
- Procedure for exchanging goods:

• We can only exchange unused goods that are in their original condition, have not been used, washed, modified or damaged and still have all tags attached.
• Please note that goods can only be exchanged once.
• Goods for exchange must be returned in one package - you only have one return label attached. We reserve the right to refuse partial returns. Failure to return part of the goods will be considered a violation of the terms of the free return.
• Exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original shipment (DHL Express) using only the attached return label.
• For each order, only one pre-paid returnable self-adhesive label is provided and attached, therefore all goods must be returned in the same package in which they were delivered to you!
• If you are returning multiple items that were delivered in separate packages, carefully pack them separately in their original packaging. Please use separate return labels for each package.
• We can only accept exchanges from the country the order was originally shipped to, for example orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, unfortunately, the exchange is not free (import and shipping fees must be paid at your own expense).

• The returned payment will be returned to the same payment method as the original payment was made when purchasing the goods (e.g. If you paid via PAYPAL, the returned payment will be returned to your PAYPAL account. • As soon as we receive the goods you are returning to us, we will refund your payment and then process your new order and send you new goods. The entire process of payment for the exchanged goods and its delivery will take place again.
• In case of exchanging the goods for another one, please contact our sales department HERE, which will do everything to get you the goods you want.
III. Cancellation of the purchase contract
If you wish to cancel the purchase contract and return your payment, you can choose one of the following two options:
- By withdrawing from the purchase contract before the delivery of the goods - You can withdraw from the purchase contract even before the delivery of the goods. Just fill in and email us the form - Withdrawal from the purchase contract HERE
- By returning the goods and withdrawal from the purchase contract after delivery of the goods - Your cancellation of the purchase will be automatically reflected if you return the items within 14 days, according to the procedure and under the conditions mentioned above in paragraph I.
